What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following two main payment methods:

• PayPal: tc-keyboard primarily uses PayPal for secure payment processing. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover through PayPal. 

• Secure credit card payment:     We also accept credit card payments with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. 

What currency will I be charged in?

All our payments are processed in euros. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will use the conversion rate for your chosen currency, depending on which website you are on.

Do you offer 3 or 4 payment options?

We accept 3-way payment.

How can I change/edit my order?

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support center    . 

Please note that we can help you change your order before it is shipped.

Once your package has been shipped, we cannot make any changes to it.

What should I do if I haven't received a confirmation email?

If you have not received an email confirmation for your order, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when placing your order, or the email may have landed in your spam folder. You can log in to your account to review your orders. You can also contact us for more information about your order.
